Full details of the EU citizen you are joining — name, nationality, registration certificate number.

Field 2

Your relationship to the EU citizen: spouse, child, parent, registered partner, etc.

Bring official proof of the relationship, apostilled/superlegalized if from abroad

This gives you the RIGHT to work without any work permit
Processing is faster and cheaper than standard third-country national applications
The residence card is valid for 5 years (or the expected stay of the EU family member)
After 5 years, you can apply for permanent residence
