On day 8 we charge 149 Kč/month (or 124 Kč/month if you chose annual). Cancel anytime in one click before then and you won't be charged.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?+
Yes — 30 days, no questions asked. If Permit.cz didn't help your application, email support and we refund the full amount.
How is this different from a lawyer?+
A Czech immigration lawyer charges 1,500–3,000 Kč/hour. Permit.cz is your prep tool: checklists, forms, AI guidance, exam practice. Use both — we make your lawyer time 10× more productive.
Is the AI advice actually accurate?+
Our AI is grounded in official Czech immigration law (Act 326/1999 and Ministry of Interior data current to 2026). For binding decisions, always verify on ipc.gov.cz / mvcr.cz / mzv.gov.cz — links are included in every response.
Can I switch from monthly to annual later?+
Yes. Your remaining time is prorated against the annual plan, so you only pay the difference (savings: 298 Kč vs paying monthly).
Do I need to enter a credit card to start?+
For the Pro trial, yes — but you won't be charged until day 8 and you can cancel any time. For the Free plan, no card needed at all.
What about VAT and invoices?+
Permit.cz is currently a non-VAT (neplátce DPH) service. You receive a Stripe receipt by email after each payment, suitable for most reimbursement processes.
